Stingrays Swim Team
Athlete-Centered, Coach-driven, and Performance-based
Athlete centered: The YMCA Stingrays work to maximize the individual potential of each swimmer.
Coach driven: The Coaches lead and manage a multidisciplinary program that is aimed at developing and delivering best practice processes to the individual athlete.
Performance based: We seek to have athletes achieve agreed-upon individually generated targets. These targets are dictated by goal-oriented planning and specific performance based criteria.
