The fun of dancing without the impact on your knees and joints. AquaZumba is a party in the pool with choreographed dance moves performed in the shallow end of the pool.

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:15 a.m.
Resistance, Interval, Power, Performance, Low-Impact, Energy, Dynamic all wrapped up in a complete water fitness class.

SilverSneakers® Splash

Tuesday and Thursday 2:00 p.m.
Offer fun and improved cardiovascular endurance in a soothing exercise environment. You don’t need to know how to swim. A SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to increase strength and improve stability and balance in the water.

Saturday 9:00 a.m.
Challenge your core and reach new levels of balance and focus with this exciting and innovative approach to yoga. For ages 12 and up. The ability to swim is recommended, but not necessary. Class size limited to 6 students, so call 229-436-0531 to reserve your spot.

YMCA Members: $10/class
Non-members: $15/class
