General Orientation: For their safety, Youth members (ages 12-17), are required to have two Youth Orientations with a Fit Coach before using the fitness equipment. An additional Free Weight orientation is required for youth ages 15-17.
Free Weight Orientation: Ages 15 and up are allowed in the Free Weight Room. A Free Weight orientation is required for youth ages 15-17 who want to use the Free Weight Room. Youth must make an appointment at the Member Services Desk.
