Performance-based: We seek to have athletes achieve agreed-upon individually generated targets. These targets are dictated by goal-oriented planning and specific performance-based criteria.

Cost: $120 Spring and Fall Session; $90 Summer Session
An introductory competitive swimming program for children focused on developing freestyle mechanics and improving basic physical conditioning. Three other competitive strokes are also introduced. Must be able to swim independently for 25 yards.
Cost: $180 Spring and Fall Session; $135 Summer Session
The goal of this group is to master the four basic stroke techniques. Swimmers strive to improve physical conditioning while learning the basic skills necessary for competition. This group will maintain a strong emphasis on developing correct habits in stroke technique. Swimmers at this level are encouraged to compete in local meets and occasionally travel to out-of-town meets.
Cost: $240 Spring and Fall Sessions; $180 Summer Session
This group is made up of swimmers who have a need to increase intensity beyond the Bronze and Silver groups. Swimmers in this group may supplement their swim workouts with strength work in the weight room or dryland conditioning. Swimmers in this group are expected to compete in all meets.
Meet Fees: Fees are variable and range from $20 and up / per meet.
Uniform: Each competitive swimmer is expected to purchase the Stingrays swim cap and swimsuit in order to attend any swim meet competitions.
